When it comes to being crafty, kids are the best. Their imaginations can go from cute to outrageous in no time. These 11 ideas for Valentine’s Day gifts kids can make will keep them busy and let their creative juices flow.
Do your kids enjoy making crafts? I have a box of random stuff I’ve just saved over the years that’s been dubbed our craft box.
Gifts Preschoolers Can Make
This beaded heart is great for helping develop fine motor skills. If you didn’t want to make a wand with it, you could make a heart ornament.
With this one, your kiddo could really make the canvas and the heart any color they choose. A white canvas with a red or pink heart would be super cute.
It seems we always have random amounts of differently colored yard laying around in drawers. Yarn hearts would be great for preschoolers to practice with.
You may have to help cut out the heart wings but kiddos can do the rest. How cute are these?
Gifts Elementary Ages and Above Can Make

At 14, my son likes following tutorial videos on YouTube to make all kinds of amazing costumes and things. For those though, we have to buy the materials, we can’t improvise with things we have around the house.
